Facturen bevatten een fiscaal geoptimaliseerde uitsplitsing (0%/9%/21% en per onderdeel), waardoor de effectieve nettokostprijs lager uitvalt na btw aftrek en kostenverwerking (afhankelijk van uw situatie). Concreet: VA/PA-uren, reisregie, events, catering en vastgoedservices zijn doorgaans als bedrijfskosten te boeken. Stem dit af met uw boekhouder; wij leveren de documentatie.

Our services are designed for business expensing. Invoices carry a tax-optimised breakdown (0%/9%/21% per line item), which can reduce the effective net cost after VAT recovery and cost allocation (subject to your situation). In practice: VA/PA hours, travel orchestration, events, catering, and real-estate concierge are generally bookable as business expenses. Align with your accountant; we provide the documentation.
