PART B. PRIVACY NOTICE (GDPR)
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679).
Article 2. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
1. RTG processes personal data insofar as necessary for:
• the performance of the agreement (booking travel, managing subscriptions);
• compliance with legal obligations (tax regulations, border control requirements).
2. Data is processed for the following purposes:
• Handling travel bookings (flights, hotels, transfers);
• Administration of RTG Pass subscriptions;
• Financial processing and invoicing;
• Communication regarding the trip and any changes.
Article 3. Categories of Personal Data
Depending on the service, RTG may process:
1. General Data:
Name, address, contact details, email, phone number, payment information.
2. Travel Documents:
Passport and/or ID card numbers, expiry dates, nationality, dates of birth.
3. Special Categories of Data:
Only when strictly necessary for the trip:
• health information (medical assistance, mobility needs),
• dietary requirements (which may imply religious or medical preferences).
Such data is processed exclusively to ensure proper execution of the travel agreement.
Article 4. Sharing with Third Parties
1. RTG never sells personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
2. Data is shared only when strictly necessary for performance of the agreement, including:
• Service providers: Airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, transfer companies;
• Technical partners: Booking platforms (including RateHawk / “The Vault”) and IT providers;
• Government authorities: Customs, immigration and tax authorities where legally required.
3. Where data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g., to a hotel in Asia), this is done on the basis of necessity for the performance of the travel agreement (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR).
Article 5. Security and Retention
1. RTG implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unlawful processing.
The website uses a secure SSL connection.
2. Personal data is retained no longer than necessary:
• Customer files: Up to 2 years after last transaction or termination of the subscription;
• Fiscal administration: 7 years, in accordance with statutory tax retention obligations.
Article 6. Rights of Data Subjects
1. Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete or transfer their personal data.
2. Requests may be submitted via info@rtravelgroup.store.
RTG may request a masked copy of an identification document for verification (photo and BSN obscured).

Prices and availability in the travel industry are subject to constant change. No rights may be derived from website prices or prices in “The Vault” until a booking is formally confirmed by RTG.

RTG is not bound by typographical or technical errors (e.g., incorrect pricing caused by system failures).
3. External Links:
This website may contain links to third-party sites. RTG bears no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or services of these external parties.

1. All intellectual property rights relating to the website, logo, trade names and published content are owned by RTG.
2. It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute or publish any material from this website without prior written permission from RTG.
